- How do I place my order in this website?
- You can view the catalog in our website. If you find anything you want to buy just take it to shopping cart and then go check out.
- How do I pick the right size?
- You could see a standard US size chart comes with every garment. The sizes you see in our size chart refers to actual body size measurements, and NOT clothes sizes. If you are not sure which size to select, you can advise us your actual measurements, we will send the right dress to you.
- What payments do you accept ?
- We accept payment with Paypal. It is safe and fast way to do online business.
If your Paypal account is already sufficiently funded, you will not need to wait a few days for your payment to clear and order dispatch will be immediate. - How long should I order my dress before event date?
- Please place your order as far as in advance of your date as possible, normally can't be less than 20 days. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.
- Can you tell me how long it takes to complete the dress ?
- Most dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 10-15 workdays. We are always committed to bringing you the work you are expecting within the shortest time possible without compromising its quality. Once you receive your dresses, we are positive you will be very pleased with the quality.
- How much do you charge for shipping fee ?
- Normally, we offer free shipping to worldwide, but if you need a dress in 15 days, you need pay extra $30 for a dispatch.
- What happens if there is a problem with the dress ?
- All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. We believe that our customers deserve the very best that the bridal market can provide.
- Can I get a refund? do I have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee for refunds?
- You will be eligible for a refund claim within 3 days from the date you received your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 10% re-stocking fee. This applies ONLY for items purchased at normal retail price.

We need to charge a nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order processing. - Do you offer larger or smaller clothing sizes?
- For most of our products, we do. Our largest women size goes up to XXL (US Size) and XXXL (US Size) for men, smallest women goes down to XS (US Size) and S (US Size) for men. However, if you couldn't find the sizes you need, we do offer customer-made service for some selected designs..
- Can i get a discount?
- If you order 3 pieces, you will get 5%-10% discount, and you will get 10%-15% discount if buy 5pcs or more together.Please contact us myweddinggowndress@gmail.com
- How do I cancel my order?
- You may only cancel an order in 48 hours after you paid it, otherwise we will charge $45 for the handling fee. And we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.
- Is it possible to get it faster?
- Yes you can choose the rush order service.pay extra $30 for it Usually,The total period of time from when you place an order to when you get a dress. It takes about 20-25 days, rush order just need 15 days.
- What if the store doesn't have the design I want ?
